SHIPPING

All Australia wide and international orders are shipped via Australia Post. Prices are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Standard Shipping Australia wide is $8.00 (AUD), Express Shipping Australia Wide is $12 (AUD). Express International Shipping is $25 (AUD). Shipping will be added to you order at the checkout.

Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Deliveries are sent out between Monday and Friday during normal business hours. Item(s) will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order unless otherwise notified via email. Orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will be sent out on the next business day.

AUSTRALIA:

For standard delivery to metropolitan areas your order should arrive within 3-7 business days after the order is dispatched. Regional areas may take up to 14 business days. If you have not received your order within 14 business days please contact Australia Post with your tracking number as well as contacting St.Lianna via email.

INTERNATIONAL:

Your order should arrive within 1 -2 weeks of being dispatched.

If you have not received your item(s) within 2 weeks please contact Australia Post or your local courier with your tracking number as well as contacting St.Lianna via email.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking numbers will be issued with all orders. Once your order has been dispatched a notification will be sent to the email you provided at the checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order all the way to your door. To track your order now, click here.
